Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation & Booking

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests during check-in.

• Guests must provide accurate contact details at the time of booking.

• The resort reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed or fraudulent reservations.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM (or as specified).

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM (or as specified).

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment & Cancellation

• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

• Cancellation charges apply as per the resort’s cancellation policy (e.g., 24–72 hours before check-in).

• No-show bookings are charged in full unless otherwise stated.

4. Room Policies

• Maximum occupancy depends on room category. Extra beds may be provided at an additional cost.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property and will be charged accordingly.

• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms; violation may incur cleaning charges.

5. Food & Beverage

• Outside food and alcohol may not be allowed inside the resort premises unless permitted.

• Buffet and meal timings must be adhered to; unused services are non-refundable.

6. Use of Resort Facilities

• Pool, gym, spa, and other facilities must be used according to resort rules and timings.

• Proper swimwear is mandatory for pool use.

• The resort is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of facilities.

7. Conduct & Security

• Guests must maintain decorum and respect the privacy of others.

• Illegal activities, loud music, or public disturbances are strictly prohibited.

• The resort reserves the right to evict guests for inappropriate behavior without refund.

8. Valuables & Liability

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

• The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of valuables not deposited in the safety locker.

• Parking is at the owner’s risk.

9. Pets

• Pets may or may not be allowed depending on resort policy. Additional charges may apply if permitted.

10. Force Majeure

• The resort is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by natural calamities, government orders, or circumstances beyond control.

11. Amendments

• The resort reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions without prior notice.
